We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from receipt of order (Most orders placed before 12pm will be delivered in 3-5 working days). Any NEXT DAY or EXPRESS deliveries need to be placed before 10am Monday to Thursday. Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday before 10am will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays – then the delivery will be on the Tuesday).
We will try to arrange a day that is suitable for you within the 3-5 working days so you can make arrangements to receive your goods, if we have difficulties contacting you and get radio silence (it does happen) we will still dispatch the goods to be delivered within the 3-5 working days, if you are not in to receive the goods and we cannot deliver there will likely be a redelivery charge.
We will do our very best to deliver your order on the day requested but please note delivery dates are not guaranteed as we use a national courier service and problems can occasionally arise that are out of our control. pavingandflooring.com cannot be held responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a late delivery.

Please make us aware if lorry access to your property may be difficult i.e delivery point is on a hill or steep incline, tight access for vehicles, dead end road with no turning point etc.
As the delivery is a ‘kerbside’ delivery we would recommend ensuring that someone is on site to be able to take delivery of your order and move them to a suitable position on your property.
Courier drivers are not obliged to deliver into your property. Deliveries are made by a pallet carrier system and are known as ‘kerbside’ deliveries. If you are at the property when delivery takes place and are able to help or lend a hand, the drivers are usually quite helpful and may help you to pull the products closer to the property, but please be aware they are only obliged to deliver ‘kerbside’.
